Just a quick reminder, if you haven't already renewed your license, you need to do so by May 31st. The two-month extension for chiropractic license renewal in Florida has almost reached its end. Renewal fees are due by that date to avoid a $250 late renewal fee and to continue to be able to practice in Florida. Read on if you haven't yet completed your CE's for that biennium.
May 19, 2020 is National ChiroCares Giving Back Day. Through this initiative, the Florida Chiropractic Association, ChiroCongress and members of chiropractic state associations across the nation are encouraged to organize and participate in different events that give back to their local communities during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Today marked the Safe Harbor Deadline by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to return PPP loans. Just yesterday, May 13, 2020, the SBA issued additional guidance on how it will review borrowers’ required good-faith certification on the necessity of the PPP loan. If you borrowed less than $2 million, you will be deemed to have made the required certification concerning the necessity of the loan request in good faith.
